The Request

ProvaMed® is the manufacturer of an FDA-approved device for people with swallowing disorders. The brand was experiencing visibility issues online. The USA-based brand was outranked by a Thailand-based cosmetic company, Amazon listings, and various other sites. ProvaMed’s product pages were not indexed and the only searchable information online was from authorized distributors. The company requested SEO help to feature the brand prominently in the SERPs.

The Work

During a one-day engagement, Christine of Collaborada worked closely with the ProvaMed team to restructure site content for user experience and optimization. On-page SEO elements were improved. The goals were to increase the site’s indexing and ranking for brand awareness and brand visibility. The team was trained in best practices.

The Results

Increased Brand Awareness. The ProvaMed website moved to position one for brand search as expected. Product pages and additional content pages were indexed. A Q3 2021 to Q3 2022 comparison shows the site experienced a 3.5x or 242% YOY increase in site visitors and a 322% increase in product sales. Collaborada’s work improved indexing and ranking which boosted brand awareness and led to direct online sales.
